I represent the applicants in this matter and all facts herein contained and stated are within My personal knowledge and are both true and correct unless otherwise indicated. I am competent to depose to this affidavit.

Andre Slade is a Laser Electronics Specialist by trade (Military). In 2001 He was awarded an SABS Design Award for Mechanical Engineering Design Excellence. He is also an Internationally Awarded underwater wildlife photographer and the Author of The Book of Revelation 10 by the name Where to from Here: Cognition. Andre Slade submits this Book as proof of Their identity and to fulfil the promise He made Humanity. He is the One described in Revelation 5 as The Lamb and The Lion of The Tribe of Judah; He is The Son of God.

Katarina Križániová, Andre’s Bride from Slovakia (Matthew 12:42) is an EU certified Genius of Logic and the co-author of Where To From Here: Cognition. She was internationally ranked number 33 in Her year of testing (Annexure 1). She has an IQ of 144. Logic is Her gift of accurate reasoning which is a subject of Philosophy. Katarina is the One known as Immayah, The Holy Spirit. She is a 27-year-old Hebrew Woman who resides at Emoyeni, Sodwana Bay Main Road, Mbazwana, Kwa-Zulu Natal. Post: P. O. Box 1596, Mbazwana, 3974. Based on what follows The Applicants accuse the Respondent of: Blasphemy, Perjury, Plagiarism, Murder and Crimes Against Humanity. As Witnesses of Yahweh, God of Israel, The Almighty God, the Applicants have proven that the Respondent has been on a deliberate Crusade of deception towards Humanity (Revelation 17). They have also proven that The Respondent’s institution, is the one described in the Bible as the SEA BEAST(Daniel 7: 25-27, Revelation 13) and that it has been THEIR ideology to lead Humanity with lies and false information for a very long time. Rule 38 of the Constitution of South Africa gives The Applicants the right to defend Themselves and the Inhabitants of this, Their chosen, Land, The former “Democratic Republic of South Africa” (Annexure 2).

The Respondent’s APOSTOLIC LETTER ISSUED MOTU PROPIO OF THE SUPREME PONTIFF, FRANCIS, dated 11/07/2013, effective 1/11/2013, states that the following are deemed “public officials” eligible to be held accountable for crimes against humanity (Annexure 3): Members, officials and personnel of various organs of Roman Curia and institutions connected to it, Papal legates and diplomatic personnel and any person holding an administrative or judicial mandate in the Holy See. This includes all employees of courts, governments, banks, law enforcement agencies, corporations, Reserve Bank SARS and EVERYONE who has an ID number is thus registered in the Roman Curia. In other words, no one is exempt of Holy See (Sea beast) law commonly known as Admiralty or Maritime law unless they have been exempted by a court (Annexure 4).

Revelation 13: 1 “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea (Holy See), having seven heads (7 last Popes) and ten horns (area/Revelation 17: 12), and upon his horns ten crowns (kingships), and upon his (Respondent’s) heads the name of blasphemy.”
Revelation 13: 7. “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations”.
Revelation 13: 8 “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (Respondent), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
Revelation 18: 3 “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.”

In Jeremiah 31: 31-33 Almighty God promises to collect and raise up the Israelites and make a “New Covenant” with them. He specifically said “the day will come” meaning when the time is right for The Tribe of Judah to be exalted once again. This will be the time after tribulation which is soon to come. This is the only time a “New Covenant” is offered by the God of Israel specifically to His family, The Israelites (the Family not the country). A New Covenant would entail minor adaptations to Torah Law at best, if any at all, it was rather promised to be written into their hearts so they never forget (Jeremiah 31: 33). Yahweh does not change His mind as Natural Law is cast in stone for a very good reason (Psalms 111: 9). Isaiah 27 “In that day, the Lord will punish with his sword—his fierce, great and powerful sword—Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea.......”. Seen from above the Vatican is shaped like a serpent’s head; the entrance is a keyhole symbolising that the Respondent holds the Keys to life and death which were given to King David/Christ (Isaiah 22:22, Revelation 3: 7). The Respondent displays these keys on THEIR Coat of Arms.

The apostle Paul is the only author in the Bible who propagates a “new covenant” with God. The New Testament is the inception of the Roman Empire. The “philosopher” Philo of Alexandra was instrumental in mingling paganism with Hebrew Divine Law, family tradition and beliefs. In Alexandra there was segregation between “Jews” and gentiles.
Hebrews 8: 6 “But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises”. Hebrews 8: 13 “In that he saith, A new [covenant], he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old [is] ready to vanish away”. Churches teach predominantly from the books of Paul who focuses on loyalty to the law of governance and disqualifying The Divine Law of Yahweh. You cannot have two kings and be faithful to both.

This “new covenant” Paul teaches was purposefully installed into the family Book of the Israelites to mislead them into being faithful to this sea law, the law of Satan. The original Book logs their King’s incarnations and states the Laws which they were supposed to follow and enforce on humanity as the Royal Family of Earth. The books of Paul is the biggest instance of Plagiarism ever committed. The First Council of Nicaea and Constantine the Great was responsible for that in 325 AD when this deception was made state religion thus giving birth to “Christianity”. Deutoronomy 12: 29-32 “... What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.”

The name Jesus has pagan connotation; Sus in Latin means pig. Paul says that humanity may eat pig. Eating the body and drinking the blood of Christ symbolises His destruction. Changing the name of The Son of God from Yahshuah to Jesus and calling Him the son of man is plagiary (Numbers 23: 19). The propagation of their own “son of man “named “Jesus” is a deception of the TRUTH (Revelation 22: 19). The Son of God, Yahshuah, was the offspring of the root of Seth who bore the “Breath of God” and the “Mark of God” in His forehead ie. eyes like the flame of a fire. This family received Blue Eyes when they were created in Genesis 2. As a result of the Respondent’s lie, humanity was misled and THEY claimed the Kingdom of God for themselves, replacing God’s Laws with THEIR own. Making such an absolute spectacle of God’s Laws warrants eternity in purgatory. The Respondent rejected The Book of Enoch for two reasons: Enoch describes THEM very well, and He also describes Enki/Yahshuah, The Fourth Angel, Phanuel, who is the one THEY have tried to erase.

Rule 1 of The 10 Commandments: “You shall have no other gods before Me”. We refer here to the originator of the RCC, the Phoenician Malqart of Tyre, an Adamite who declared himself Baal, the god of Tyre whom Yahweh describes as Satan (Ezekiel 28). He is represented by the cross which has become an Idol to billions. Once again, Paul is the only one to speak of the cross or the cross of Christ. Many who wear this cross as an idol are unknowingly pledging loyalty to the RCC and religion, thus Satan. The Phoenicians and Babylonians were famous for the colour purple and scarlet (Revelation 17: 4) and their quest for full control of commerce; the inception of Sargon of Akkad. RCC Cardinals, Archbishops and Popes traditionally wear purple and scarlet ceremonial robes still.

Revelation 17:3 “... and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns”. Rome was built on seven hills. Everywhere in the Bible scarlet and purple is mentioned, it refers to Baal, and thus the RCC/Babylon; it was put there by THEM as propaganda for THEIR institution. The colour of the Israelites is blue to match their eye colour whereas scarlet and purple are the colours of the RCC. Matthew 27:28 “And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe”. The ones who killed Immanuel are the ones who annexed His Kingdom and everything about Him right down to His Sumerian King’s tracking number which is 666. Lev 26:30 “I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and heap your dead bodies on the lifeless bodies of your idols; I will reject you.” The birth of Santa Clause, in Red and White, in 1930 through a marketing campaign of Coca-Cola, in which THEY own majority shares, created yet another distraction in the form of an idol especially for children on top of the other pagan festivals like Valentine’s, Easter and New Year for Adults. The Respondent used the Son of God as a marketing tool for probably the biggest business swindle in history.

The exalted Tribe of Judah and specifically its original Family line of Christ was also annexed by Pepin/Satan when he deposed King Childeric III and married into a Noble family. In November 753 when Pope Stephen moved to Frankish territory, He remained in France until the summer of 754, staying at the abbey of Saint-Denis, Paris. There he himself anointed Pepin and his sons, Charles and Carloman, as king and heirs of God’s crown. In return Pepin’s donation of land resulted in the feudal Papal status of the Pope. The Royal Kingdom of King David was claimed then by the current holders of this title: the Ashkenazi “Jews”. Pepin is described as the Red Dragon for his red hair as he is from the family line of Esau whom God did not like (Obadiah 1:18). His sons are the four rulers described as clans in Genesis 36. One of them being the father of Islam, grandson of Ishmael, the God forbidden son of Abraham.

July 20, 1933, Concordat Between the Holy See and the German Reich
“His Holiness Pope Pius XI and the President of the German Reich, moved by a common desire to consolidate and enhance the friendly relations existing between the Holy See and the German Reich, wish to regulate the relations between the Catholic Church and the State for the whole territory of the German Reich in a permanent manner and on a basis acceptable to both parties. They have decided to conclude a solemn agreement, which will supplement the Concordats already concluded with certain individual German states, and will ensure for the remaining States fundamentally uniform treatment of their respective problems.
For this purpose:
His Holiness Pope Pius XI has appointed as his Plenipotentiary His Eminence the Most Reverend Lord Cardinal Eugenio Pacelli, his Secretary of State.
The President of the German Reich has appointed as Plenipotentiary the Vice-Chancellor of the German Reich, Herr Franz von Papen”.

Rothschild (AshkeNAZI) said; “Let me issue and control a nation’s money, and I care not who writes the laws”. The RCC took that job of making the laws. The Jesuit army, Holy See, controlled by the “Black Pope”, enforces the Maritime law. Maritime meaning the law of the sea/see to be feared. Maritime or Admiralty law is sea law structured around commerce and the shipping industry; this is the reason The Bible describes it as a beast coming out of the sea. It only applies on the ocean and to its employees. The Respondent’s law has been forced down on Humanity and has replaced God’s Divine Law in every way. This is the “new covenant” Paul speaks of and is driven by liberty, the permission a sailor gets to go ashore, brought about by the colonialists who represented and represent the RCC. Feudalists annexed land for harbours/ports everywhere in the Respondent’s name and issued humanity with Passports to control their movement. God’s law denies no one the privilege of being on land and only God’s Divine law applies to all juristic inhabitants in the world.

More proof of THEIR shortsighted defiance of God’s laws shows in society. Not only is it evident in the obesity, greed and corruption taking place here, but South Africa was the model country for Gay and crossed marriages, backed by the Democratic Alliance. THEY never stood up for The Yahweh God of Israel who THEY claim to be loyal to. He said in Leviticus 20 that “Man who sleeps with man as he does with a woman must be killed”. Instead the RCC welcomes this un-natural, un-Godly practice with open arms. It is a display of THEIR motive to destroy God’s presence; it is an abomination. It is also a display of the bigotry ideology of the RCC and the Holy See. THEIR negligence towards God’s Law has brought about incredible confusion within Humanity; This is part of THEIR strategy of control as confusion is instability.

The Bible says in Leviticus 22: 19 that “whosoever lieth with a beast shall be put to death”. The beast in question descrides the black kind, not 4-legged animals (Hosea 2: 18). The Respondent promotes these combinations by saying that we are all the same and destroying evidence that disproves it; they use “racism” for this purpose. THEY approve of blending the purity of God’s seed with beasts and gentiles in contrast to The Command, “honour Your Parents” and numerous warnings about doing so. It is obvious that the Respondent and THEIR institution is in total defiance of God’s Law. The Respondent therefore has no jurisdiction over humanity as THEY in no way represent The God who Created them. On the contrary, THEY represent the opposer of The True God, The Satan. Apostle Peter (St Peter), the rock on which the church was built, denied Yahshuah 3 times (Matthew 26: 34), yet he became the Saint of the RCC.

Deuteronomy 23:2 “A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.” By the appointment of Archbishop, meaning Chief Overseer, Napier, knowing that he is a bastard and Desmond Tutu is a beast of the field, the Respondent’s motives are confirmed. Confirmation that THEIR “new covenant” is not with Yahweh but with the god Baal, the king of Babylon who accepts all creatures according to Paul which is evident in the tower of Babylon he built for all nations (Genesis 11: 1-9) The Book of the Lamb is the book of original of creation of kinds. God made Man on day six. This refers to Earthlings of the Homo sapiens genus only. They were given dominion over the animals meaning that they were placed at the top of the animal hierarchy as a species of Earth, but they were never allowed to rule, the Pope is one of them. Only God’s people may rule and they have blue eyes. THEIR idol so blatantly liberates humanity from God’s Law with these words: Romans 6:14 “For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.”. How can one follow a leader who has been told by God that he will never enter into the Kingdom which he professes and “teaches”?

Rule 4 of the 10 Commandments states: “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.” The Respondent changed it to Sunday as per pagan tradition of Sun worship whereas it should be Saturday, derived from Sabbath. More proof that THEY never had the intent of following God’s Law from the very start; The first law regarding worship on Sundays was issued by Constantine. In 286 BC, THEIR first modified Greek/Pagan version of the Old Testament became Roman religion. The Respondent altered the Holy/Sacred family book of the Israelites to include the element of worship and ritual in honour of Baal, the god of wealth. Matthew 6: 6-7 “... And when you pray, do not heap up phrases (multiply words, repeating the same ones over and over) as the Gentiles do, for they think they will be heard for their much speaking”.

God said that it was not required to build a temple for the Ark of the Covenant (Exodus 35: 11). During the reign of Solomon he was influenced by Harim of Tyre to build a temple on the specifications of Malqart’s temple on Tyre in Jerusalem. The temple became the most controversial historic site ever. The TRUTH however is that Solomon was possessed by the powers of the dark which led to division of the Kingdom (1 Kings 11: 9-11). Solomon became involved in black magic, eventually losing the Kingdom to Babylonians. Once again, THEIR siege on God’s people, the Israelites, broke them apart scattering them all over the world. Your vendetta against The Applicants Family has endured for a very long time! 2 Chronicles 35:3 “And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were holy unto the LORD, Put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; [it shall] not [be] a burden upon [your] shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,”.

Papal titles: VICARIUS CHRISTI, VICARIUS FILII DEI or VICAR OF CHRIST means a SUBSTITUTE FOR CHRIST, which is synonymous with the Antichrist, i.e., assuming the power of God on earth! This blasphemous claim is made repeatedly by various Popes and is the very foundation of Roman Catholicism and its Papacy. THEY have claimed THEMSELVES the masters of The Bible meaning THEY comprehend its content fully. By spreading THEIR interpretation thereof they are leading humanity under that auspices straight to Satan. It is blatantly obvious that The Respondent has no comprehension of the Torah whatsoever. Revelation 5 told humanity that there is only One Man who is able to unlock the seals of that Book meaning to understand it (Isaiah 29: 11). The Respondent’s message of a new kingdom and salvation within the cross of Jesus is a most deceptive one and very far from the TRUTH; but THEY know that!

Deuteronomy 30:19 “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose, that both thou and thy seed may live”. It is a ritual practice within Satanism to honour the dead. The Vatican/Pope openly and ritually displays worship of the bones of exhumed “saints” while God says to celebrate life rather. Celebrating the dead kills the living Spirit of life, which is the God/life within humanity! The Respondent’s churches are built surrounded by graves. THEY promote mourning, which is spiritual bondage and blackmail, as the solution with a promise of salvation attached to it. But Almighty God said: Deuteronomy 30:15 “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;”. It is therefore crystal clear that the Respondent chose the latter, evil and death, which means THEY are taking humanity into bottomless pit of perdition with THEM.

Rule 8 of The 10 Commandments: “You shall not murder”. The Respondent stands accused of numerous murders. The most significant is that of The Son of God, Immanuel. The Respondent also killed many with the Spanish Inquisition, not to mention the Rwandan genocide and the wars THEY support. Jan Hus, King Louis XVI, JFK and anyone who opposed THEM to protect THEIR reign and hide the TRUTH from Humanity! Pope Francis, is a Jesuit who was responsible for arms deals in Argentina, not really a “holy” man. Proof that the Holy See is instigating and supporting wars to fuel the industry that keeps corporation growing while THEY hide behind the veil of moral dilemma and the “fear of god”. Revelation says THEY have the blood of the saints on their hands. Giordano Bruno was a significant kill for THEM. He and Galileo Galilei were about to expose The Respondent’s lie wrt heliocentrism/geocentrism. The Applicants have to remind the Respondent of Bruno’s dying words before he was burnt like a witch: “Perhaps you pronounce this sentence against me with greater fear than I receive it”.

THEIR defiance to God Yahweh’s Law has defiled Humanity both physically and spiritually. The Respondent’s Jesuit legal system has infiltrated every part of society to the point of overruling The Constitution of South Africa which is based on Biblical values and Human dignity. Being structured for corporation, THEIR law does not support democracy. It is therefore imperative that this legal system be restricted only to corporation and trade and to refrain from its enforcement, through governing corporation leaders onto the juristic inhabitants whose law is common; God’s Law is their constitution.

THEIR support of the corporation Monsanto further reiterates THEIR agenda and effort of totally removing God Yahweh from the world. Isaiah 17:10 - 11. “Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips: In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: but the harvest shall be a heap in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow.”. Messing with the genetics of man and plant is all the proof needed to confirm that the Respondent does not approve of the purity of God’s Creation. It is now proven that Glyphosate, a herbicide poison insurted into the genetics of the plants, causes kidney problems and many other, but hey, that keeps the medical industry in the pound sheets. Another industry the Respondent controls; also based on a lie with regard to blood and the forbidden fruit.
27.
The admission of Pope Benedict in regard to RCC abuse: “You have suffered grievously and I am truly sorry. I know that nothing can undo the wrong you have endured. Your trust has been betrayed and your dignity has been violated” is the only redemption offered. Roman Catholic Clergy has been under major investigations for years now for child molestation and abuse. In a recent case the Pope even reduced a priest’s sentence. Strange that the same thing is happening in “elite” and leadership circles with large pedophile syndicates currently being exposed. Once again, this is a satanic and un-godly sacrifice that the RCC has the prime position in. The International Criminal Court has declared the RCC an illegal institution, yet it cannot be touched as it owns the law.

The word Church refers to an assembly/congregation of similar thinking people; it is not connected to religion at all. However, the Respondent’s interpretation of that is a place of ritual and worship. THEIR concept of celibate priesthood is un-natural as Yahweh God made man to have a partner. God made male and female to complete Nature’s requirements for life to continue on Earth. Levites are born teachers within Our family; they are normal people like most who were deceived. It is evident that THEY do not have a regard for the marital institution between partners of the opposite sexes, a result of THEIR loyalty to Sophia/Gevurah/Holy Spirit only. She is described as Ashtarte in The Bible, God hates Ashtaroth worship (Judges 2: 13, 10: 6). THEY have camouflaged this union to prevent the Queen from the south from meeting the King of the north (Mathew 12: 42). THEY turned “Jesus” into a “holy” celibate monk when He stated that He is from the line of David meaning He needed to procreate for His lineage to continue (Isaiah 9: 6-7, Revelation 22: 16), just as Nature would have it be, not arriving on a cloud as THEY preach.

Virgin refers to purity. In other words, if something is virgin, it is pure as in un-defiled or rather not mixed with something else. The Respondent’s institution preaches that a woman is no longer a virgin if she has had sex. In a sense that is correct as the orgasm has a spiritual effect on woman which could be considered a corruption of the mind. However, virgin in this instance refers to the purity of blood (Genesis 24: 16). You never taught this so humanity would forget there is such a thing as a pure breed of Human (Leviticus 21: 14).
30.
The Respondent’s influence on the world has far exceeded its welcome. As colonialists, under the shortsightedness of Feudalism, THEY have done excessive damage. The Respondent has set a poor example of leadership that has influenced Planet Earth adversely. THEIR colonial partners have drained land of resources for long enough. So on behalf of Yahweh and His creations, We demand the following:
That:
1. The Respondent publicly explains their New World Order agenda and its delibarate misguidance of Humanity through Agenda 2030. The Juristic inhabitants deserve to be informed of the Respondent’s corporate ideology.
2. The Respondent publicly explains the lie it protects wrt. Heliocentrism that warranted burning Giordano Bruno at a stake and explain to Humanity what is really busy happening to Earth and the reason for the description in Revelation 16: 21.
3. The Respondent publicly defends the allegations Jan Hus made against THEM.
4. The Respondent will publicly denounce all Monarchies.
5. The Respondent will release all of the original scriptures, written history and archaeological evidence it holds as ransom of God Yahweh’s Kingdom.
6. The respondent withdraws the more than 18 000 “registered” amendments to The Bible in admittance of THEIR plagiarism.
Furthermore: As representatives of God Yahweh and therefore all His animals whether man or beast, We revoke the LIBERTY the Respondent was granted to set foot on land on the basis of THESE Crimes Against Humanity. Henceforth, ANGLO AMERICAN LIBERTY will be denied on this land area you call South Africa. THEIR curfew starts on 31 July 2017. Colonialism is finished starting in South Africa, but We are by far not done with ROMAN CURIA! LIBERTY was set to free humanity from their obligation to Almighty God Yahweh, yet NO ONE is free from HIM. Lady Liberty is coming down.
